Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zyntel Forms, the form builder platform operated by Zyntel Co. Limited ("Zyntel"). By accessing or using Zyntel Forms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Zyntel Forms is a multi-company form builder with AI-assisted form generation, QR code sharing, and team collaboration features. It is operated by Zyntel Co. Limited, a company incorporated in Uganda.

2. Free plan

Zyntel Forms offers unlimited forms on the free plan with no cap on form count. Zyntel reserves the right to introduce response volume limits or premium features with advance notice to existing users.

3. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Multi-company accounts: you are responsible for all activity by users you invite to your organisation.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zyntel Forms to:

• Collect information from individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Create forms designed to deceive, defraud, or harm respondents
• Collect sensitive personal data (financial, health, government ID) without appropriate safeguards
• Violate any applicable laws including Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019
• Send spam or unsolicited communications using form response data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Your data and respondent data

You own all forms you create and all responses collected through those forms. Zyntel does not access response data except as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection of respondent data complies with applicable privacy laws and that respondents are informed about how their data will be used.

6. AI form generation

Zyntel Forms includes AI-assisted form generation. Generated forms are a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing. Zyntel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated form content.

7. Intellectual property

Zyntel Forms, including its software, design, and AI capabilities, is owned by Zyntel Co. Limited. You retain ownership of your forms and response data. You grant Zyntel a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Service availability

Zyntel will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Zyntel Forms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@zyntel.net. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
